Ashwini is currently the owner of a new luxurious Lexus LS 560. Before he moved to his new sedan, he owned and drove this 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that you see above. The Sahara is propelled forward by a 3.6-liter V6 engine that churns 285 horsepower at 6,400 rpm and 260 lb-ft of torque at 4,800 rpm. A turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine is also available as an option. In both cases, you get a motivated power unit that’s ready to climb mountains and knock out some debris.
The V6 engine is paired with an optional eight-speed automatic transmission built to improve the vehicle’s overall drivability. It’s able to get from 0-60 mph in 7.6 seconds. This is neither fast nor slow. But, it’s enough to climb steep hills, pass other vehicles, and accelerate adequately onto the freeway.
The Wrangler isn’t the most comfortable SUV you’ll ever drive. Its rugged exterior nature is also transmitted into the cabin. The ride can get shaky on lumpy and cracked roads. While this will not upset your stomach, it will send shivers into the cabin when you hit a pothole or sharp edge.

An 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen system is available as an option. It’s quick to respond and provides sharp and decent graphics. Jeep included a mixture of touchscreen controls, knobs, and buttons to make it easy to switch between navigation, AM/FM/HD radio, and XM satellite.
Smartphone integration is at its best. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay provide an opportunity to change from Bluetooth when listening to your music. You also get two USB ports at the front and two more at the back. These are provided alongside three dependable and seamless USB-C ports.
